Sustainably refining diverse streams of complex waste products

Efficient recycling of end-of-life PCB, polyurethane foam (PUF) and CFL waste products

Our efforts to minimise waste and reuse recovered materials are driven by efficient technologies built indigenously by our expert scientists and engineers at our in-house Research and Development (RnD) department.

PCB recycling

We extract rare earth and precious metals from different types of PCBs, including Epoxy/Woven Cloth PCB, Ceramic/Hydrocarbon Laminates, Ceramic/PTFE Laminates, Flex PCB and such. These PCBs are sourced from discarded automotive components, industrial equipment, electronic devices, telecom industry and more.

Solar panel recycling

We process end-of-life solar panels to recover materials that can be reused in the supply chain. We have created indigenous recycling processes to sustainably recycle Photovoltaic (PV) modules that also accommodate a certain amount of toxic substances.

PUF recycling

We have built a customised recycling line built in-house to process PUF (Polyurethane foam) extracted from insulating layers in refrigerator cabinets, automotive industry and such with a unique process of milling and degassing to convert into briquettes and use as fuel for cement kilns and another low cost environment friendly inhouse process to recover syn gas and light diesel oil through carbonisation.

CFL recycling

We have built a fully vacuum-based negative pressure system designed to efficiently handle, treat, and recover a critical metal like mercury.
